The staff, in general, were incredibly attentive and eager to assist with any request, making every interaction a delightful experience. **Location** Nestled in a top tourist area, the hotel is within walking distance to many of Istanbul’s iconic landmarks, such as the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and the bustling Grand Bazaar. The location couldn’t have been better, allowing me to immerse myself in the vibrant culture and history of this beautiful city. **Amenities** One of the notable perks of this hotel is the convenience of parking, which is a rare find in such a busy tourist zone. It made our travels around the city much easier and stress-free. Additionally, the hotel offers comfortable accommodations and a cozy atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. The room was everything you’d want—well-presented, spacious, clean, and luxuriously comfortable. The balcony was a fantastic bonus, offering lovely views of the garden and the iconic Blue Mosque. The staff were professional and courteous, and I couldn’t fault their service. The room itself exudes luxury, with big mirrors, plenty of space, and an immaculate bathroom. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of Istanbul, with top attractions, restaurants, cafés, tram stations, and shops just steps away! This is my second time in Istanbul, and I noticed this hotel during my first visit, so I made sure to stay here this time—and it exceeded all my expectations. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Istanbul.

I love this small hotel. I have stayed there three times, and have never been disappointed. In fact, when I am looking for accommodation in Istanbul, I check there first. Its location in the old city means that it is a short walk to many major attractions, including the Grand Bazaar, and there is a tram station close by. It is slightly off the main street, in a parallel pedestrian street, where there are a number of restaurants. The breakfast is a little limited, but across the pedestrian road is their sister hotel, the Sura Hagia Sofia, which has a wider selection, and you can eat there at no extra cost if you want to spend more time over breakfast. They upgraded my room without request, and the staff are incredibly helpful if you need advice on getting around.
