The room was impeccably cleaned each day, with fresh towels provided daily. Our room attendant, Tita, consistently went above and beyond to keep everything tidy and comfortable. The reception staff were always responsive and prompt in addressing any needs, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The room was everything you’d want—well-presented, spacious, clean, and luxuriously comfortable. The balcony was a fantastic bonus, offering lovely views of the garden and the iconic Blue Mosque. The staff were professional and courteous, and I couldn’t fault their service. The room itself exudes luxury, with big mirrors, plenty of space, and an immaculate bathroom. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of Istanbul, with top attractions, restaurants, cafés, tram stations, and shops just steps away! This is my second time in Istanbul, and I noticed this hotel during my first visit, so I made sure to stay here this time—and it exceeded all my expectations. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Istanbul.

I love this small hotel. I have stayed there three times, and have never been disappointed. In fact, when I am looking for accommodation in Istanbul, I check there first. Its location in the old city means that it is a short walk to many major attractions, including the Grand Bazaar, and there is a tram station close by. It is slightly off the main street, in a parallel pedestrian street, where there are a number of restaurants. The breakfast is a little limited, but across the pedestrian road is their sister hotel, the Sura Hagia Sofia, which has a wider selection, and you can eat there at no extra cost if you want to spend more time over breakfast. They upgraded my room without request, and the staff are incredibly helpful if you need advice on getting around.

We stayed at Sura Design for 3 nights and wow We stayed at Sura Design for 3 nights and wow! We would come back anytime. The room was spacious, luxurious and beautiful. Housekeeping did an exceptional job at keeping everything clean and fresh for us. The bed was really comfortable and the room was actually really soundproof! I know there was people right next door but I never heard them. A side note: the room is all carpet, and it is slightly stained in some areas but you can tell it has been cleaned. No complaints. We loved the breakfast buffet! Every morning was slightly different, and had a good amount of variety. The service and hospitality was incredible. We had great conversations with everyone at breakfast, enjoyed good coffee and the cheese omelette was pretty awesome. We booked a hammam experience at the Spa and that was also amazing. Overall our experience was exceptional. The service and hospitality from everyone at Sura was top notch and we really felt like royalty. We would come back anytime. I like the hotels location which is very close to most famous attractions and public transport is very convenient. The breakfast is amazing and I seriously advice that you include it in your package, because the food in almost all restaurants in this place are really pricy. Thanks to Burak, Murat and Adem who made sure that my needs during check out are taken cared well and most specially the staff in the restaurant at fifth floor who are very friendly making us very comfortable. Stayed in this hotel for 3 days and will be back on my last night in Turkey.
