Their willingness to engage with visitors and provide personalized recommendations for sights and restaurants around the city was truly commendable. The staff, in general, were incredibly attentive and eager to assist with any request, making every interaction a delightful experience. **Location** Nestled in a top tourist area, the hotel is within walking distance to many of Istanbul’s iconic landmarks, such as the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and the bustling Grand Bazaar. The location couldn’t have been better, allowing me to immerse myself in the vibrant culture and history of this beautiful city. **Amenities** One of the notable perks of this hotel is the convenience of parking, which is a rare find in such a busy tourist zone. It made our travels around the city much easier and stress-free. Additionally, the hotel offers comfortable accommodations and a cozy atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. The location, staff, and services at this hotel were outstanding. A special thanks to Ilham, Emrah, and Dilara for their exceptional service. They were incredibly helpful, warm, and accommodating throughout our stay in Istanbul, always going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their extensive knowledge of the city and personalized recommendations enriched our experience, introducing us to some hidden gems. The location was really great. Just 2-3 minutes walking distance from the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. The room was large and very comfortable. The breakfast was really delicious. And lastly, the staffs were really helpful and friendly.

We stayed at Sura Design for 3 nights and wow We stayed at Sura Design for 3 nights and wow! We would come back anytime. The room was spacious, luxurious and beautiful. Housekeeping did an exceptional job at keeping everything clean and fresh for us. The bed was really comfortable and the room was actually really soundproof! I know there was people right next door but I never heard them. A side note: the room is all carpet, and it is slightly stained in some areas but you can tell it has been cleaned. No complaints. We loved the breakfast buffet! Every morning was slightly different, and had a good amount of variety. The service and hospitality was incredible. We had great conversations with everyone at breakfast, enjoyed good coffee and the cheese omelette was pretty awesome. We booked a hammam experience at the Spa and that was also amazing. Overall our experience was exceptional. The service and hospitality from everyone at Sura was top notch and we really felt like royalty. We would come back anytime.
