Everything! The location was amazing, 5 minutes from the beautiful hagia Sophia, sultan Ahmet mosque, the basilica and the tram to take you to all other locations like galata tower. The hotel was beautiful, very clean, and despite the street it's on has restaurants that are open late, we did not hear a sound in the room. But the most amazing part of our stay at this hotel which I now call my home in İstanbul is the staff! They were very welcoming, helpful, made sure we had everything we needed, made us truly feel like we were at home and even better. Thank you Ömer, İlham and the staff for giving us a home in İstanbul to come back to again in the future and thank you for making us a part of your family. Our stay at your hotel and the friendship we made with you all has made our trip even more memorable and we will cherish it forever! See you all again soon :) Reem & Lulu

The service from everyone at Sura Design was excellent. Especially Ilham - thank you. The bed was very comfortable, the gym had everything we needed. Please note, you have to walk across to the opposite connecting Sura Hotel to access the gym and pool but this is ok! It's extremely close. This hotel is perfectly situated in Sultanahmet area, where all of the main attractions are within walking distance and you get to spend more of your time in the beautiful "old" traditional area of Istanbul. We loved our stay and would definitely book here again next time.

I went with my family . I would say this hotel for me was a Perfect hotel for a family stay . Balcony and balcony seating was perfect for an outdoor coffee with ur loved ones . Bedroom and bathroom was spacious enough. Bed was big was very comfortable . Location is outstanding with many restaurants , iconic tourist spots nearby and also the Tram station was 4 mins walk away. Staffs very very nice , friendly and helpful . Especially the manager Ms. Elham was very helpful and kind thru-out my stay with my family .

Hats off and congratulations to the friendly and excellent service from everyone at Sura. The staff all seemed genuinely happy and keen to give us the best service and experience possible. Special mentions to Kadir, Hunni, Uluc and Sulayman at the concierge and reception, as well as Edanur, Sezgin and Ni at breakfast :)

Great value for the price as there are many other hotels near this for the same price but they do not have 24hr room service, a sauna,.steam room, large bathrooms, tea (all day),...and simply a well maintained place with a birght and lovely atmosphere. Staff is incredible and helpful. Bathroom was very clean. Beds SUPER comfortable.
